He negotiates on behalf of his sellers with other agents and potential buyers to get the most competitive price for their homes. Most of his business comes from the referrals of past satisfied clients, and Josh brings an unparalleled focus and efficiency to the process. Coming from a family of real estate professionals, Josh grew up surrounded by the industry. He has experience in the Washington, DC, Los Angeles, CA, and Palm Beach Gardens, FL markets, but the Boston area has always been his ultimate career destination. Josh graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Government and Politics.
